Star Citizen Alpha 3.15.0-PTU.7782190 EVOCATI Patch Notes:

We are now in EVOCATI, patch notes are below.
New Features
- Hospitals in Orison, New Babbage, Grim HEX, and clinics in space stations to respawn, heal injuries, and buy medical supplies from.
- Emergency elevator inside landing zone hangars that will transport players directly to the hospital
AI
- Unmanned Missile Defense Turrets
Gameplay
- Personal Inventory T0 (asset manager v1)
- Physically store weapons, gadgets, consumables, healing items, and more on their person and in vehicles via backpacks, pockets, and containers.
- Home / Initial location
- Player must specify home location, all items such as sub items or store-bought stuff will default to this areas local inventory.
- Character Inventory
- No longer restricted to commodities, and can contain any type of FPS armour, clothing, weapon, consumable, and 1h carryable.
- When a player dies, their body will become lootable by players for all the items they had on them at the location of their death for 2 hours before despawning
- Vehicle Inventory
- When a ship has inventory in it and players self-destruct or have the ship destroyed, a large cargo box will appear that will allow any player to loot the items via the interaction menu.
- Healing T0 and Actor Status T1
- Incapacitated State
- Players damaged enough will enter an, “Incapacitated” state where they ragdoll, are unable to move or interact, and their vision fades in and out.
- Service beacon can be created by the player and revive them from their incapacitated state
- Death & Regeneration
- After a player dies, they will now regenerate in a medical bed instead of a hab bed, their home location by default.
- Player may set a different regeneration locations by visiting its hospital or clinic (Tier 2 or 1).
- If regeneration location has full beds, players can wait in a queue or respawn at home location.
- Injuries
- Injuries add symptoms that affect gameplay seperated into damage tiers (minor, moderate, heavy). For example severe leg damage will force prone on a player.
- BloodDrugLevel
- "Drunken" or blackout state that happens when a player is overdosing on too much medicinal drugs or alcohol.
- Medicinal Drugs
- Drugs that can lower BDL, heal health, or masking symptoms.
- Medical Gun & Multi-Tool Healing attachment
- Administer drugs via a healing beam, when within 5m of their target character
- Medical Beds
- Each medical bed has a care facility tier rating (3, 2 or 1) which determines which injuries it can remove
- Hospital Gameplay
- Bombs
- Uses missile operator mode, can define a target area to drop and a hud feature allows you to follow the bomb as it falls

- Added Curelife Medical Tool
- Added Greycat Multi-tool Healing Attachment
