Well I got the IL-2 Sturmovik: P-40E-1 - to try it out. Of course I’d rather fly a P-51 or a Vought F4U Corsair. Also, I was more interested in the Pacific war with the Japanese. So I looked it up and found a video of IL-2 1946: Hell In The Pacific that looks good - it’s called IL-2 Sturmovik: 1946 on Steam. Both games were on sale for under $3 bucks during the Holiday weekend, so I think I got a good deal
Edit Update:
Well I could not get IL-2 Sturmovik: P-40E-1 because I did not already have IL-2 Sturmovik: Battle of Stalingrad installed. But I did manage to get the stand alone Pacific War IL-2 Sturmovik: 1946 for as little as $2.49. It loaded up and works fine

Incredible as it may seem, IL-2 "Pacific Fighters" was the last commercially released Pacific theater WWII flight sim in the US. It was released in 2006!
