not sure if you come in here often...

when do you usually fly FB? do you have a regular time?

That's been my problem, I just don't have a regular time.

recently, I've been playing online on my days off in the morning or early afternoon.

But if you're looking to fly sometime, I can make some time.

if you're flying on ubi.com look for "alexb757"

i usually just use direct ip - that is what we did when we flew IL2...

no hyperlobby here either...although i know it is better than ubi.

i picked up Aces today - you going to get it?

I'll probably hold off on getting aces for a while

I like having the option of having people join in midflight on the dogfight games; where you don't know if they're going to be any good or not.

keeps you on your toes

Chowa,
Do you have the BoE campaign???

I don't have BoE campaign...I've been slowly working through the russian yak-3 campaign...currently finishing up on the outskirts of Berlin and haven't got back to it lately.

If it's any good, I'll give BoE a try (free download?). I'm not at home at the moment, and in the next 30 days I'm spending a total of 5 nights in my own bed; but hopefully things will smooth out after the 2nd week of May.

and.... the 2nd airshow video is being hosted. It's more of the same, made soon after the first one is released so not a lot of new maneuvers.

here it is: http://www.netwings.org/library/Forgott ... dex-2.html

nope - not a free download but might be worth the look as it adss the component most of us Yanks are missing with IL2...Western Front. It will work with Aces as well...but alas another $30.

I will probably pick it up eventually, unless I can find the free release portions of it mentioned in the above article - most importantly the maps and ground objects. The will see about getting DCG to work with those.

Any interest in flying a COOP campaign? We were doing this with IL2, and using DCG it is fairly easy. Although with our schedules it will probably take us until we retire to finish... :)

Panzer and I started a coop online campaign in AEP. We've not done too much with it so far, but it seems to work well. Easier than the DCG way he and I did back in the Il-2 (pre FB) days.
