Goingto need a new computer, I guess

Hey everyone,
So, on boot-up, Windows 10 informed me that it will no longer be supported as of October 2025. Unfortunately, My current MOBO or CPU doesn't support Windows 11, which I was surprised to learn. Does anyone know if it is my MOBO or CPU? I'm guessing CPU, but it could be both?
So, I have a bit of time, but before October 2025, I probably will need to replace one or both of these components. As a result, I may need also to replace a the PSU and RAM.
This is very frustrating because this PC is running great and meets all my needs at the moment. I also don't have the money for a new build, really. My car suffered a fuel leak and that's going to cost me about 2,000 to fix. The one advantage I have is time. This doesn't need to be done the fall of 2025.
So while cash is tight, I want to strive to buy something that will not need to be replaced for a while. I like five year windows, if possible.
Any advice on what I need to replace would be great appreciated. Here's my current system specs:
