I tested this out, I added the game to my cart, and at the next screen there is a box for a promo code and after I entered the promo code, I could buy the game (DVD or DL) for $29.95. So this offer is legit.

I was a bit skeptical about this game at first but after playing it for a few weeks now, it's beginning to grow on me. I have only played the SP, but I can only imaging how fun the MP would be. I'm not sure if there is a Demo, but if there is check it out. BFBC2 is a sleeper IMO.
