Frag OPS sounds a bit like Half-Life: Counter Strike. I had this one time, but as mentioned, money earned from kills, rescuing hostages, defusing bombs, planting bombs etc. went towards kit and guns in the next missions.
"...and the bombs go BOOM and the walls crash down, bang, bang, boom, boom, war is a terrible thing, OK?!..."

Both FO and JW have bots (since the stock game does and it must be easier to implement than BF42/BFV where only DC has ever released bot-enabled maps other than DICE themselves).
As I mentioned, FO has objectives and the bots don't seem able to handle that, but they run around and shoot you.
JW seems to be simple TDM with classes. You can play Marines or Guerillas and fill out the teams with as many bots as you want.
It's the biggest mod yet for UT that I have (1GB just for its install, although the zip is only 430MB--compression is a lovely thing!)
