I tried the demo for this earlier. Some initial feedback
1) Supports hi-res widescreen (1920x1200)
2) Runs well on last-gen hardware (smooth as silk at 1920x1200 graphics maxed out)
3) COOP MP Campaign. Not sure how this works though
Interesting game. Reminds me of RTW except fantasy units instead of historical units. Campaign is not risk-style like RTW's campaign. Appears to be branching paths rather than map areas. Unit upgrades purchased similar to RTW unit upgrades. Also has hero units that have some special powers.
Not sure if I'll get the retail release or not. If too similar (swords, arrows, etc) to Medieval II, I would only buy one. Which one would depend on what others in the group are interested in.
