I found this WIKI page on the Dawn of War camera angle settings. Apparently we can change some settings to be able to Zoom in closer or out farther (aka Supreme Commander) by changing a few settings in one of the game engine files. You can also add some switches to improve the in game textures in a MP game.

I am going to test some of these settings out and see if they actually work.

my question is this just expanding the range you can scroll in or out or this a more perment expansion

I tried some of these commands and could not get it to work. I'll have to do some further research.
