Most people, and I fully understand why, have taken very much to RvS. As a result the old G-R thing is being left behind somewhat, and to be honest I really enjoyed our G-R sessions - Co-Op or Adversarial, I was at home doing either. And the lag problems were quite minimal too, so it was very much a level-footed playground for me.
I was wondering if anyone is still interested in playing G-R about once a week? If so, is anyone able to host or is there a server we could use at our leisure to keep at it?
All comments welcome - except from Raptor, who will undoubtedly say something GAY!

Ghost Recon
I have to agree with Kodiak here. I think we should keep GR around for it's stability and for the bandwidth challenged players. We all like RvS because it's new and all, but I don't think we should neglect GR. As much as I like RvS, I would rather play a game that EVERYONE at WOF can enjoy, not just the high bandwidth people. We play these games for FUN, and it's no fun if your game is always lagged out, crashing or not everyone can play.
I would also like to get some more people involved with OFP. There is a new mod out now that makes OFP a RTS game, and very dynamic. You never get the same game twice. What a concept!

I agree with keeping GR. The investment I put into the game alone demands that I play it more. Not to mention that we have two new guys, Hudson and Hicks who would gladly play it with us. It's a great game that offers an aspect that RvS cannot in the way of terrain and weapons. I will gladly play one day a week, and I know Sabre will as well. As usual, I call sniper! LOL.
Oh......okay!!!! So I guess this is where I have to bend over backwards to apologise to Raptor for misjudging him and slurring his character??? Okay then, so be it . . . . . . . . .
Hey guys you coulda done a better job of backing me up on this one, I was rather hoping we could get him to bite

Hey Kodiak - what is with this "bending over backwards" and "getting Raptor to bite" stuff? isn't that just as gay and wrong as bending over forwards?

Good point Madrus. You know, I've been a little concerned about Kodiak lately with all his peculiar comments and obsession with the word "gay"...I'm beginning to think he might be trying to project his own problems on others as a sort of self defense mechanism. Trippy...and definitely gay and wrong.
