Well, seeing as I have trouble running RvS without the NO CD patch, I will have to wait until one becomes available.

right. The no-cd patch isn't out yet. I checked. But, it usually doesn't take them long... plus it will give us time to make sure it's stable before we update.

The 1.31 NOCD patch it out! You know where to get it for those that use it. So, when we decide to "officially" update to 1.31, I am ready to roll.
