For those of you that have BF Vietnam, there is a mod out called Point if Existence. It looks like a modern version war game using the BFV 3D engine. Read about it here:

Are you gonna get the Star Wars version of BF1942, Battlefront? It comes out next week. Not sure what to think of it, it's a cross platform game.

Speaking of Star Wars, they had all the Star Wars Trilogy documentary stuff on TV last night(Can't remember what channel). I am assuming that this stuff is what will be on the SW Trilogy DVD collection. Either way, I can't wait to get my hands on the DVD collection. They had some vintage 1977 footage in there...lines at theaters, action figures, interviews with the actors, etc.. I stayed up until 2:30am watching it, it was good stuff.


Anyway, I haven't DLed this mod yet, I had a HD crash over the weekend and lost a LOT of my installed games and such. Gonna install a new HD and do the reinstall dance.

Star Wars vesion of BF1942? sounds interesting, i'll get the low down on that from Drunken Pirate.

Well, there's a mod out called Galactic Conquest, version 4 came out a few days ago.

Then you have LA's own version, called SW: Battlefront, released on the 21st when the DVDs come out. I'll be getting that, too!
