CCM stuff

Post by Hammer »

Well, I am not that impressed... The sounds are still the WW2 stuff...and it looks to me like the M1 tank turret slews WAY too slow - i.e. WW2 speeds. Those are first, quick impressions...

Found that close combat.org folks found the Road to Bahgdad sound mod works for CCM as well...

Anyone else?

not sure, but i am going to give it a try as soon as i get a chance.

btw, CC5 is worth it if you can find it. very good for real time tactical wargame, and quite a few mods for it.

well, the star wars mod for CC5 is fairly well done. it has not all been thoroughly tested, but i played a couple of scenarios and it seems to work o.k. except for the first one - which always crashes as soon as i select it (from what i know of CC mods, it is a data file problem).

if you have CC5, give it a shot...

another game to take a look at, if you like CC, is squad assault...
