we need to be cognizant of those that do not have the highest performing graphics cards and VR. clouds are especially an issue in VR right now (dancing/jittering clouds) , the fixes are coming.
i can certainly bump the time around a bit to make the environment more interesting.

I do VR. The jittering does not bother me as I got used to it.
