Steam is refusing to merge any future key purchases, so if you want to use DCS via Steam make your key purchases via Steam. This has some shitty implications because some third parties are only considering releasing their modules via Steam at present (MiG-21Bis being the one I know well they've said they'll only think about it at this point).
