Hawk is up for pre-order. Pre-order discount is $31.99 FOR SFM only. $39.99 for PFM. PFM will not be available day one so you can order and get it when ready or upgrade later if you want it.

It is combat capable, since it is the T.1A. 2 AIM-9's plus 30mm Aden gun pod, and two more underwing pylons for mk-151 rockets, Mk-82 and CBU-87 bombs, and UPK-23 gun pods. No worse than the F-86F and barely worse, though considerably slower than the MiG-21. Better A-A missiles though. Not like the Goshawk which is basically unarmed.

yeah, capable. I do not think it was around in Vietnam era though. mid-80's aircraft as a combat trainer before being billeted in something more capable against the current aircraft. MiG-21bis, as modeled in the game (I think) would probably eat it for lunch. :)

1974. The MiG-21Bis has a huge speed advantage, but in other regards it is at a disadvantage or no better. But yes if theyre both aware of each other and the 21 keeps moving fast the Hawk is probably dead. 21 dows somethi g stupid though and the Hawk could capitalize. Way better A-A missiles for sure.
