Heads Up on Hornet Flight Model

I haven't tried it yet but with the new Hornet FM pay attention to your weight when trapping/landing. Apparently this has become more realistic and if your weight (34000 max trap, 39000 max shore landing with flare) and descent rate is too high, you will break the gear. No more just cowboying the landing with the Hornet, it has "real life" consequences now.

I've busted my gear on hard runway landings and once on a Bolter, more of a bounce touch and go, I guess (gear warning sounding, AOA indexer off but managed to get aboard on the next pass with gear intact) If I keep it below ~1000fpm descent on the runway, it seems fine. I usually shoot for half that, but STUFF HAPPENS.
