Are you sure it's not a fan-made trailer? There are alot of these kinds of "What If" trailers for different movies. After this trailer, there was a YouTube suggestion for Prey II for example. I checked IMDB and neither BTTF4 or Prey II were listed. But Beverly HIlls Cop IV, which I know is a legit movie coming out, was.

So I seriously doubt this is happening. Even the thumbnail in the above YouTube link looks like a CGI Tom Holland--why not just use the real Tom Holland? Or is this trailer meant to be for a video game?

Yeah some of them are pretty convincing and lead to a great deal of letdown, haha.

I remember the first fan-made trailer that got a lot of internet attention was the one for "The Phantom Menace".
