Thanks for the heads up. I'm not going to be on tonight due to it being my son's 6th birthday, and we're going out to dinner. Hope to catch you all next week!

Your son and my son are the same age?!? How did I not know that? We gotta get a playdate going for them. Happy birthday, have fun!

Our sons played together in the park, twice. That's how I met you! :)

Getting older has its cons. Yesterday my 7th grader asked for some help with her science project where she had to make a rubber band car with cd disc's for wheels and a cardboard base and some straws and skewers for axles. In a span of about 10 minutes, I somehow managed to cut myself with a pair of scissors not once, but twice, and burned myself with a hot glue gun. I am well versed in both of these tools, and despite my extensive tool knowledge and expertise that includes arc welding steel, circular saws, jig saws, planners, planes (the shoe kind, but we can include airplanes too if you want), soldering iron, hot air reworking station (a form of soldering surface mount components), table saw, drill, drill press, router, band saw, orbital sander, band sander, disc sander, lawn mowers, chain saws, edge trimmers, pipe cutters, metal cutoff saw, angle grinder, pipe benders, metal brakes, metal cutting snips (greens, yellows, reds), hammer drill, hole saws, sewing machines, toasters, ovens, microwaves, televisions, vcr's, snow blowers, taps, dies, pneumatic tools such as air wrenches and nailers, portable gas charge nailers (paslode), and on and on... yet I managed to injure myself in 3 different ways with relatively simple items that caused me disbelief and mild pain and band-aids. 😆

How do you get that I forgot from that? All I said was that I didn't know that they were that close in age and suggested that we should get a playdate together, I didn't say anything about not remembering how we met and our sons being there. The only thing was I thought my son was a whole year older than Xpen's, but they are only a few months apart.

Speaking of hotfixes, I noticed you guys were flying DCS last night. Was it an impromptu session?

On Thu, Fri, and Sun nights Wingy usually hosts his own campaign with his machine as host. Thu night Wingy wasn't available so I hosted via my machine, with Grifter, Neph, and I flying.
