I will be getting my copy of GR Gold this Friday so I will have it installed and ready to play this weekend. When do you guys normally hook up to play?

KODIAK and I are normally available from 19:30 GMT onwards, but I can only play till 20:45 GMT. However, my version of XP is playing up, so I may not be able to join in for a while.

Apart from DS & IT we have not got to do any other mods but I could suggest a few if you want - just let me know if you are looking for weapons mods or uniform mods or missions or whatever.

Generally I think the TC mods are best--where the whole game is transformed, like the WWII mod I remember from a couple of years back.

I have to agree there in the way of total conversion mods. Having said that - I am no real fan of the WWII mods (War of Infamy), but if it's what everyone else wants to go for, well I am up for that too.

WoI was a step in the right direction, but it didn't really do it for me, either. Red Orchestra, with all its faults, is 10x better.

Panzer and I are really enjoying all the stock levels again, though. I find I spend most of my time with the OICW, as usual. :)

The OICW is really the Uber-weapon in Ghost Recon. There's really no reason to use anything else unless you have to take some charges or the AT launcher.
