I had a mate who played an online game to do with property - virtual property - can't remember the name of the game, but people used to sell the properties and shares for real money!! Man, that's friggin sad IMHO!

just like some of the MMORG games - you see auctions for stuff in ebay all the time. yes, folks do pay real money for the stuff...

I understand getting into the atmosphere of the game you play and so on, one girl who did Falcon 4 used to get me to play Project IGI missions to simulate a search and rescue mission for her pilot if she was shot down in-game doing the campaign. She wouldn't use the pilot in the campaign until I had completed a successful rescue - and the mission was chosen by whatever mssion was next in the campaign, it wasn't always easy. But to be paying real money for (and big money too sometimes!) virtual real eastate? Go get your head examined - FFS!!

Ok see now tell me. I might go out and say it one day and I want to know what I am getting myself into but on the bright side 100% of the people I know wouldn't know what it meant but there is always that 101% out there, so please tell me.
