God only knows I was oppressed at that age, stop the madness please!
I couldn't wait to get out of the house.

P.S.
I wonder if they ever found my counting the days wall in my basement room. Looked like a man who was serving life in jail and he was counting the days.

Cheers KODIAK!
I think I'll try that this evening. There may be a slight problem, as I think my parents may have a very slight suspicion of my planned exfiltration out of my window.

Anyway mate, for what it's worth, let me give you a grown-up assessment of what you are about to get yourself into:
Please consider the risk that accompanies the reward, it far outweighs any reward you may obtain from feeling happy with your mates for an hour or two. You stand to lose the trust of your parents, and that has far reaching consequences into other parts of your life for a long time. For example - my eldest NEVER told lies, EVER! I was able to put hand on heart and state I was confident in everything he told me. Then, one day he DID lie. And he embarrassed me infront of other parents in doing so - from that one moment to this very day, I am very sceptical of his every comment, and almost go out of my way to find a mistake in what he says to determine it a lie - in other words I have no trust in him. He's only 12 yrs old!

Thank God Kodiak said it.
HAMMER this is Crazy ok. Kodiak is right, why in the heck would you do this. You really need to reconsider hanging out with us until you come of age. I only say that because of the message you ICQ'd me when you said you told some schoolmates and they think we like touching children.
So think long and hard about what you are about to do and remember this saying.
"There are many paths to becoming a man. Choose one!"

The dangers of irresponsible commentary - kids say things and everyone listens!! I tell ya what Hammer, you need to get a grip of your mates if that's what they are saying - cos the only people who'll suffer are us - mud sticks mate, and if people start accusing us of being perverts, it could cause no end of grief for us - innocent people!!
They are doing nothing more than repeating things they've heard on the TV or from school briefings, and the stupid thing is they don't even understand properly what it's all about. They seriously need to grow up mate, before they cause problems for other people.
