I forgot this game had CTF. Kinda like OFP, where I've always played coop only.
I've done CTF in UT and similar games, but I think I only played it once in BF42 and OFP each.

Sorry Badnews - I have been buried with RL...and unable to get back with you.

Let's see what kind of response we get here from the rest of the folks. Sounds like fun, and a bit different than what most of us have played...

Thanks for the invite. I would like to join you guys for the fun. Where can we get the maps from? If they are small you can email them to me at softball@wings-of-fury.com

I would like to get a group of us together from here and join you guys. Check back here for people who are interested. Just let us know the exact date and time so we can coordinate with you.

Looks like we are on for Friday night... Not sure how many folks will show.

WOF,
If you are going to show, please post here...

Badnews,
Do you all have our Ventrilo info? I actually think it is more fun (in a freindly match that is) to have everyone on the same comms channel... Some folks disagree, but there are at least three channels on our ventrilo server anyway if folks want to keep things seperate. If you don't have it, let Softball know... I just ask that you do NOT put it in a forum or other publicly available place on the web (for us, we have two forums that only members can see...and that is where we store server info).

Softball,
Can you send them the info via e-mail?

I'll try to make it. Odds are better than 50-50.

Count me in. But i hate the idea of opposite sides on the same channel after the fighting starts. I would also prefer mixed teams because i think i would learn more from BOD, especially about the use of vehicles.

Guys - you can have seperate channels on the same Ventrilo server. As stated, we already have that.

There is the default channel, channel one and channel two. You just click on them to switch between. Makes it easy to see who is on and switch over to another channel to coordinate. No need for seperate servers where you can't do that (without disconnecting and then connecting to the other server).

Madrus,
you are just a cranky, stubborn old man... :D!

Ventrilo's server is a TINY (under 1MB) program that you can run on any PC. It uses a simple .ini to configure everything, so it's easy to setup and test.
