Okay BH , My Brain finally kicked in just after you left Kali..... heh I think the cool guy I was thinking about was named Rat < or something like that> and was the leader of the Old Ghost Bear Unit way way back in M3L days , right before Striker left there and joined DS and meet you. I'll ask around and see if I be more specific.
