Seriously though Doc, I am one of those aforementioned pilots, who have a deep rooted dislike of anything related to MLL. My issues date back several versions of the MLL. Yes, it is related to the admins, but it's still the MLL.
For the most part ELH pilots enjoyed the rules setup and gameplay they found in MLL. They had issues with the juvenilistic behavior both in the forums, and some of the abitrary decisions made by the admins.
From my understanding in reading both the public and private ELH forums, MLL is currently going through yet another hold while a "new" rules set up is implimented. ELH pilots (a mojority)would indeed favor a return to the MLL, however they want to play, and play NOW. Not next week, not in a few months, NOW. There are other leagues out there, and if teams are ready to join one, and they have to chose over one that is ready to go NOW, or one that isn't... If MLL really is ready to go NOW, perhaps ELH could be convinced to reconsider other commitments. If not, you should contact ELH command directly when it is.

I don't mean tobe rude, but you mean to tell us that after all the rule talks on the mill forms including a extreamly concentrated effort form Buff that we just go back to v2 of mill rules. In all honesty, I not a big deal, but why could a admin just pick a rule set way back when. Thats my main beef right now.
Now personaly I have not been in mill as of yet. Origionaly I am from the old UTS HS unit, one of the high ranking assess
and one thing that realy drove me nuts in UTS and eventualy to disloke the leage (one of several reasons, not going into that mess now, I don't have all day ) is that the rules would be set, the admin would say no rule chanes 3 weeks later we have a economy being built, some unit complains and the admin bends over backwords to change rules. The rules changed several times for cycle 2 of uts, not sure about cycle 1 because I was only a mechwarrior then (lucky me) and cycle 3 did not stay long enough. So After all this I well ask the question well mills be doing rule changes like this regularly, or well we stick to what is set and thta it. It makes life easer on all of us to say the least.
Now again I have no experence with Mill, so neadless to say I am only going on others opinions right now. But some are good and some have some realy messed storyes of as you stated of root/god wantabee admins. You have alreaty stated that you don't plan on being a root/god admin which I like to hear. So basicaly now have to wate and see, sorry to get on your baken but hey I want my men to know not some issues I and other ranking offers have gone throuhg in other leages, and wantto make sure this is nothign but fun and killing for the men.
