Look at the pics HRR Mahdi posted. I was in that game. I saw it with my own eyes. The guy in the Scat jumped straight up and stayed up for several minutes.

Joy.

So they have perfected the hack for heavier mechs. I was in a game where they were using flying Ravens and Ullers about a year back.

That in all honesty is a older hack, but because it is very easy to spot.

Its a bird
its a plane
its its a flying uzi
WTF

Because of this its mostaly used just for the fun of it, most would never use it in a NBT or any credible server as they would be baned . Now hacks that say let a scat carry 2 lbx 20's those are ones you have to watch for. Because not as easy to spot as you would liek to think..

The older hacks you guys are talking about - would they allow mechs to not only jump up really high, but stay up there and *move around* like an aerospace fighter? Cuz that's what I've been hearing these Flying Scats can do. I didn't see that one actually maneuvering around after his amazing takeoff, but he did stay airborne for at least three minutes.

The hack I saw, several times, involved a light mech climbing to altitude and running from its spawn to the opposition flag (CTF). I only saw it on one map. I can't remember the name of the map but it was a lunar map from BK with a factory at one end of a long flat valley. The hack was explained to me as bug that had been discovered by accident. It caught out the 'D' once because no one was doing AAA but after that it was a dumb tactic because everyone shot at them

Nice Eye Catcher. The radar shows his Mech at 816 Meters. I wish I could be more specific , but I could jump great distances with my Scat in MW4. The trick is to run up a good launch hill in your Scat at high speeds ( the more speed the better ) , Then while nearing the top of the peak , Lay on the JJ’s for a good few seconds till your ¾ out of petro of your JJ fuel. This should get you close to 816 meters. As you go ascend upward , wait till your momentum starts to slow before kicking in that last JJ fuel you have in reserve. Then your Scat will climb up to the maximum height allowed in MW4 . And that’s really high. Ask Father. He was a bit fascinated trying to nail me from far above on a drop we had with the group one night. But if it were to stay up their for several minutes …?? Now were talking Hack time.
