Titan Probe Is On The Way
Just a few hours ago , the Cassini spacecraft has launched a probe on a three-week free-fall towards Saturn’s mysterious moon Titan, where it will plunge into the hazy atmosphere and descend by parachute while its science instruments and cameras make observations. They say there’s also a microphone attached . I wonder what it will pick up ?

It’s good stuff to know. I also think instead of stem cell research we should figure out a way to Terraform Mars. The multi Billion Dollar cost would be about the same it seems. And until there’s a 3rd world war , the populating on this planet will be nearing it’s limit.

it will be interesting to find what is actualy there after all the years of speculation. most likly there will be sounds of a 4 armed squid creature cussing becuse the damn thing landed in its crystal garden its been cultivating over the last few satarn based years.
as to mars. i think in some ways it would be easier to figure out the entire human genome then to convert the whole planet to a usefull state. ive actualy read quite a few sci fi books on mars recently. its interesting to note all the problems lined out, and this is from someone who spent the time to research his material as well. plus you got the min biological things that help us humans and other animals survive. we already know that some bacteria is essintial for our bodies to perform certain functions. and now there is even educated speculation about how viruses and retoviruses may also play a role in human functions. it will be interesting to see where our understanding will emerge in the scientific communities. i often wounder what will happen first to us humans on earth. conquest of another planet or the seas that surround the land we walk on.
its funny to me that its always the sci fi writers who have the grandest and most bizzar ideas as to the future of the human species. in the end, i wounder who was right on the money? hehe

Well Maybe BH Or we could always build cities under ground heh. Maybe the best way to build cities in the sea , would be Prefabrication. Then we could drop and anchor them tall buildings to the see bed. I’ve seen it done with Large Oil Rigs . It couldn’t be much different with large buildings. They call them people Aquanauts.
I’ve seen that the Cassini Probe cost 3 billion back in 1996 when they launched it. Seeing the rings of Saturn and finding more of it’s moons is Fascinating . But that cash could have been better spent for more important things. Like Terra Forming Mars -- or -- Getting that space shuttle up and running so we can finish the Space Station. Taking care of things here at home and building the Space Station is what’s more important at this time.
But we got to start Terra Forming Mars sooner or later tho , cuz it will probably take over a 100 Years to do it. Once it’s Terra Formed , we won’t need expensive Atmospheric dooms to sustain it’s population. We can grow food out doors. We wont need to ware space suits while taking a stroll around the park. We can work a breath out doors with out the suits. Imagine that. : )
I hope you don’t have a grudge against me. I was just a bit bitter after being push out of four different good jobs awhile back. You were not who I was talking about when I said ( you people up north ) You and Fethr have always been like my other brothers. I’ll come back when I finally do get MW4 Merc. Maybe will see each other again in combat someday. Till then --

PS . Thanks for the Zep song TD. Ten Years Gone. It’s been in my head for the last week now. Make It Stop -- hehehe . Okay try this one on for size. Since I’ve been loving you -- by Led Zep. It’s a bit of the blues but it’s really cool.
