Watching the national news - Birmingham city centre currently being evacuated after a Public Warning was previously issued. It would appear that a threat has been confirmed by a credible source, and local authorities are taking precautions.

Not Just Birmingham mate, Lowestoft where I live had it's main town centre evacuated yesterday due to a bomb scare!
Police had to evacuate and take every precation due to the current security risks at the moment but nothing was found from what can tell.
