Well, it seems well designed etc etc., but my biggest concern is the pre-allocation of the buttons. Unlike on our tacboards where you have A1-A9, T1-T7 and so on, you find on this that particular positioned buttons are allocated keyboard letters, and hence keyboard commands. The problem here is that my "Reload" button (R in most games) is allocated where I have preference for it. On this new pad, it is pre-allocated to another position. The way round that of course is to simply change the keyboard command. But that is likely to cause more problems than messing with the programming of the TacBoard itself, IMHO. Done correctly, there should be no problems, in theory. But, in theory is exactly that. Practically speaking is another matter.
If you have the money to spend, maybe it's worth getting simply to compare. But it's only advantage that I can see, and it's a small one, is the illuminated pad, for playing in the dark. :roll:
