lots of down time today...

i finished moving all of the web sites and databases to the new server, including this one. the site/forums have been down since probably noon (maybe a bit before) until now (Pacific time). sorry - but had to get it done.

Good for you, a chore you simply try to avoid. Run out of excuses, eh? :lol: Anyway, it's obviously improved the performance - of my car! Cos I was stopped today, going to pick the little guy up from a team-building exercise weekend. I just was concentrating on other things, and well, before you know it, I'm doing 95MPH past a copper with a radar gun, in a 70MPH zone. And I'm sure he let me away with a few mph too! He was very nice about it and it'll cost me £60,- and 3 points on my licence. Not very happy. Old plod didn't even need to say very much, what exactly was there to say? And there isn't much of an excuse eh? So, I just kept my mouth shut and held my hand up, really!
No complaints to be honest, in 22 years of driving, that's the first time I've been done!
