Yeah, I watched it a few times. Looks like the old resonant frequency thing at work there. Wasn't there a bridge in the US somewhere suffered an altogether more tragic fate with the same sort of thing. Sure, I remember seeing it rolling and swaying quite literally in time with the gusting wind, and then it simply collapses taking cars and occupants with it.
