I don't know the guy that owns that plane personally, but while I was up in BGR for my extended tour I saw the plane on the ramp and had asked one of the local pilots about it. We later drove past the guys house (HUGE) and although I forget what type of business he's in, needless to say he's done well with it. His house is about 3 houses down from Steven King's house on the nicest street in BGR.
It's definately on my to-do list to get a ride with that guy but first I'd like to get my seaplane rating this summer (hopefully).
Sidenote to Brian and all others in the DFW metroplex: I've been playing roller hockey at Bear Creak park in Keller. Nice rubberized surface with nets and boards. Pickup hockey all day sunday through 10pm. If your interesting in hooking up for a game, send me an email or give me a call.
