Thing is, I want to see this sort of programming technology used in proper FPS. Take for example that new SAS game, take this stealth programming from SC and add there. Doing the old sneaky beaky on missions as a team would be awesome, just think of the suspense and atmosphere of a two four man teams creeping around assasinating individuals after quietly removing a whole line of defence using knives, silenced weapons and all the goodies available to Sam Fisher? Co-ordinating attacks with other team members to remove particular problem targets. Playing SC my hands are usually sweating as it is. The extra tension of a whole team doing this would be crazy stuff!

I'm a shade baffled to be honest. I consider gaming companies to want to be the best out there to be recognised by their customer base. So, given all the available 'programming technology', why hasn't someone come up with the ultimate game/sim, with the various add-ons being air-sea-land. Knitting everything together add-on by add-on? Not saying it's an easy thing to do, but I DO think that sort of level is a possibility.

of course the ai could be a bit better as well...
Yeah, the AI wasn't the best ever, but it was passable. It was better than H&D 1!
Of course, coop was added with the expansion. Later mods have made stock missions playable in coop, about half of them now.

Yes. The last 3 or 4 new coop missions that Jedi and I played were flawless as far as we could tell. I would love to play this game again with the WOF guys.

I guess that depends on your definition of "many missions."
The expansion came with 9 out of the box.
Some took longer than others, but none were much shorter than an hour.
As of now, I have...16 others installed. 15 different maps, one that we've not tried yet seems to be one of the maps with a different mission, possibly at night instead of day.
There are SOME bugs with the conversions, like the host being required to complete many of the objectives on a map (if someone else picks up the item or blows something up it may not register), but if you remember to avoid that they're better than some of the OFP missions we've tried before.
