I agree with the punishment - for me, it serves them right. I just feel that shooting the windows out, especially in a urban area where there could have been other people around to be struck by stray rounds, makes them look very unprofessional. And, on that point, undermines the authority they have been entrusted with, and the point the punishment made. Shame really, cos the thieving gits deserved it.
