Anyone planning on getting the KA-50 Black Shark add-on for LOMAC besides me and Jedi?

Perhaps letterboy will? He's one of the few that has FC I think, and he likes helos and flies EECH still.

Any new details on this? Is it still supposed to arrive early 07? I'd like to get the TrackIR, but I'd like a Black Shark/TrackIR bundle ...

It's still in progress. No exact ETA. As for a bundle, the 2 companies have nothing to do with each other, so I'd doubt it.
Besides, the BS addon will likely be only $30 or so, while TIR is over $150, so it's not a big deal.

I know, but go gamer was running a bundle with the TrackIR and some other games (GTR, IL2, BoB, etc) and Natural Point (makers of TrackIR)WAS the distributer for the cd version of Flaming Cliffs, if I'm not mistaken.

Yes, however I don't know if you can count on that again. The guy at NP at the time has since moved to Gogamer, so NP may not try to do that again.
As for the bundle, Gogamer might do something like that, yes, but I don't know how the BS addon may be distributed.

Well i am going to be getting FC in the next 2 weeks and if Black Shark is as cheap as you say Jedi then i will probably get it also when it is available. One question though does Lock on Gold contain Flaming Cliffs or not as i have seen some people say it doesn't and some say it does and since i can get FC or Lockon gold for the same price over here i would rather buy the Gold version if it has FC as it would make for an easier install.

Track IR rocks and i cannot fly without it these days especially in IL2, which is nigh on impossible to keep tabs on your adversary in a dog fight without it and i don't like the padlock in IL2, and Lomac is just marvelous with Track IR, although i still use padlock for Falcon AF.

So my next hardware upgrade will be the Track IR Headphone clip, so that i don't have to use my hat with it and will get the 6 DOF working as well.

That will make me fully kitted with my new X52 Hotas and Saitek Rudder pedals, Track IR + Headset.

I will have to wait till next year before i think about upgrading my PC though, still got way to much to buy for doing up the house before i can spend serious money on a new gaming Rig.

LO Gold SHOULD have FC included.
As for the install, it literally is the FC CD stuck as another disc after the LOMAC CDs, so it's not any easier and if you already have LOMAC totally unnecessary. We're not talking about the IL-2:46 deal here, where it's one DVD with all the addons making it nice and simple.

Well i might just go ahead and get the Gold version then as it will give me a spare copy of Lomac Disc for no extra cash spent.
