Need help

Hi guys i got virus in my comp its named Bugbear my norton antivirus cant do anything since it shuts down as soon as i start it

i dont know how to solve this and i hope you guys have any advice to solve this

apologies I posted a message called 'kill the bug' that was meant to be under this... check it out let me know if it helps get rid of the virus. It's just above yours in the list at the moment
