To be honest the list is based on movies no older then 10 years which dose suck as it dose say top 10 not top 10 of the last 10 years. and the picks may be good but I would not say all of them are near or close to the best fights I have seen in a movie. there is a honorable mention as well at the end.

I'm shocked to see that the Neo vs. Agent Smith fight in either The Matrix or Matrix Reloaded were not on the list.

What no Cinderella Man? Great fight scenes. River Tam in the bar? Ed Norton vs. himself in the office? A few scenes in Last Samuri? Who made this list....12 year olds?

I am also surprised the Matrix fights didnt make it. No "Gladiator" or "Braveheart" either. Meh.

Before I even went to the link, the first fight that came to mind was the Lightsaber battle with Darth Maul, come to find out it's #1. Heh, cool.

I cant believe I forgot the fight between Maximus and Tiger in the Colisseum in "Gladiator". That was a great fight.

ya I would not agree the fights listed are the best. I know they are good but relay can't be called the best.

OK, they put Fight Club in the honorable mentions. Now I know they're on crack. I wouldn't even care which one of the 700 fights they chose, but come on... Tyler's first fight... Owe, my ear, I can't believe you hit me in the ear... if only for the great humor value, or the one where he breaks every tooth in blondie's mouth; Pitt and norton at the end... and you choose Bourne Identity?

If you read the article, there are explanations as to why certain fights, such as any of the ones in the Matrix films, didn't make it.
However, it's just one guy's opinion anyway.
