Jay's having some difficulty getting logged on

He says he's got the initial email welcoming him to the forum, but the email says he's still inactive and that he's supposed to get a second email before he will be active. Is there anything else he needs to do?

IF I remember right someone can't just get access until Steel approves the person. That way only people we want in here get in.

he has to be activated by an admin... that is myself, Grifter or Buff (I am pretty sure). at any rate, i just activated him...
