At my old university that would be free. te universty was on some deal thing that got some m$ products like xp pro and office for free. I wish i could still get it now.

I went ahead and ordered it. I got it DLed but haven't installed it yet. I need to backup my Outlook 2003 email before I install the 2007 version. I'd hate to lose my contacts and Inbox. According to the license, I can install it on my desktop computer and my laptop, convenient.

Now one thing I would look in the license is that when university/collage/school da da da is over can you continue to use the product. I have seen some licenses that say they are only good for when u are at school, others like mine for the free copy say I can use it indefentlay as long as it snot used in a work environment where profit could occur.

I got this installed today, sure looks purrty!! ALL of the menus and interfaces are WAY different than 2000/2003, gonna take some getting used to.

Yeah. 2007 irritates me by being so different. From a support perspective, I can fix things in 2003 3x faster than in 2007 where I'm still hunting around for crap.
