In his editorial column in the latest issue of EGM, editor Dan Hsu has named three companies that, thanks to negative reviews coverage, have stopped submitting products to the magazine. Those he names are Ubisoft, Sony's sports game division and Midway's Mortal Kombat team.
Ya heard this kind of stuff before, companeys don't give there products to people who don't review them well. But usualy the bad reviews are right. another fun one was that years ago one gaming company put a clause in its licensing agreement that you can't write a bad review basically about the game. Of corse several sites/magazines said then we don't write a review. Even bad press better then none at all so that sort of thing is not seen anymore.
