Post by Buffalo Six »

well I pretty much just bought my 1st home and unless something goes very wrong....I close on the 12th of March.

Why do I feel money just flying out of my pockets right now?

Congratulations Buff. I assume you bought this home in Kansas? It must be nice living in a state where you can actually afford to buy a home. I live in one of the most over-priced real estate markets and it will be a while before I can own a place.

yes, its that house. Yes its in Wichita, just on the edge of the old historic riverside area and about 100 yards from the river and parks.

On Monday I'll be doing the home inspection and I'll get better pictures. So barring something really bad in the inspection, I'll close on the 12th of March. Nice thing is most of my current furniture sucks and will all fit in 1 u-hual lol.

next big decision is when do I get my dog....this spring or wait till the fall litter? This is the breed I will be getting...Braque du Bourbonnais, its a old french pointer breed that is very smart, hell on quail and is tempered like a lab. They also do well as inside dogs.

Ok so maybe a HDTV is the next big decision but my dog is right up there

I ment more like a lab is easy around people and such. the reason I put this dog along side a big screen TV is because its going to cost about as much as one LOL

Yep, money grows wings fast but there is nothing like owning your own place and not having to answer to anyone. Congrats.

Very nice , I really hope it works out.
Matter of fact, this is your song right here. It’s from the old days when we were watching rocky at the drive in. Be sure to kick back a few cold ones before you listen to it. Congrats man ….
