That's definitely a Mig 29 in that Vid, but as to who's Mig 29 is another matter.

It flew into Russian airspace at the end, I think it's pretty obviously Russian. :)

I think it's the same people that made the face on Mars that did it. ie Martians!!!!!! there here and this was there first strike!!!
