Well considering I think doom 3 was complete crap, I am not as interested, but figured some here might be. But ya Doom 3 o look a dark corner, wonder whats jumping out at me this time was enough for me to uninstall 1 hour after getting it. Maybe they will be able to make it good this time, e will see

That Rage game is their new idea. Still no word on it. Of course, we don't know what engine Doom 4 will use, presumably the one that Rage will introduce, as it would seem silly for D4 to use the D3 engine, no matter how updated it is.
The odd thing is RTCW2 (or whatever they will call it) was talked about much farther back but there's no talk of it now. Scrapped in favor of D4 maybe?

Most of the big enjoyment I got from Doom 3 was playing it cooperatively online. The single player game was fun at times but only worth playing once IMHO. Waiting for the monster closets to open gets a bit old after the 100th time. :-)Grifter wrote:Thought you guys liked Doom 3?
