I broke the Blade, which I found out each blade is very important in keeping the balance and noise level down. I will take a pic before I replace it.

ya u effectively made a vibrator :D

Generally how say plate tampers, concrete vibrators (sometimes called a concrete stimulator), back massagers, cell phone vibrators, is a counter waight on the shaft of the motor. ie wight attacked to the motor of set to a side , the spinning action of the weight means lots of vobration. You did the same by making one side of fan heaver, so the motor of the fan is pulled in the current position of the extra mass.

You would be suprised how much effort goes into balancing out fans, wheels and such. Hell when you balance the car tires, thats what they do add waights to reduce any vibration.

Well I got the Alpine Pro 7 (the freezer was just to big to fit on my board) I took pics of the old fan and I will ask softball to post them for me. She is purring like a kitten.

here are the pics of the old CPU fan! I love that power supply, it has two fans for extra cool down when it gets to hot and when I'm doing some serious gaming (which I haven't done in a long ass while. I am taking my poor sweet time about moving my pc out of my daughter's room). By the way I have a new edition. Kamryn Triplett 7 Ilbs. 5oz. 19 1/2 inches long. Will post pics soon.
