Motorcyle payed for WOO
Ok so the weekend I did my motorcycle test to get my m2 license. In Ontario we got graduated licensing, so m1 has loads of restrictions and is a 90 day only thing. M2 you keep for min 18 months and has 2 thing one is no blood liquer content at all allowed and you have 1/2 the license points of a full M rider. So I got m2 now, so almost no restrictions lol. Rushed of yesterday after work payed bike off, they will plate it for me, got insurgence done (just need them to respond), and scheduled a drop off time of this Friday late afternoon.
I am in Montreal as of today but back in ton Sat afternoon so when I get home there should be a nice shiny bike in the garage. Now I am working tonight tomorrow and Friday night tell the early hours of the morning(6-8 am) so sat taking train back to Toronto. IF I sleep well on the train I may go for some parking lot practice Friday but most likely that's a Sunday thing leaving sat for installing the frame sliders and such. So Sunday hopping by the end of the day to be on the road getting use to the bike after some parking lot time to get the clutch down on this one as well as practicing maneuvering it.

no it was a gt650 I had a deposit on one for 3 months now. Free storage tell pickup so waitied tell got m2 for insurence reasons and hey now I get it. I figured gt650 was as cheep as a second hand sv650 2003 range and the sv650 nakeds are hard to get here. And hey warranty with this one and if I drop it its not a nice expensive new bike idea its a cheeper new bike. So great for learning on is my thought.
tho to be hoenst in a few years I can tell you right now I am getting either a triuph bike or if I decide on more touring then may also look at the BMW's as there adventure tour bikes are sweet monsters as well.

Bike delivered Sat while I was ont rain home. Did not go for a ride sunday as let see, first class train = FREE BEER and I had not slept since 2pm friday so even with no beer I would be in no condition to ride. Sunday got in 4 hrs riding and last night out again for a few hr's. Went to a meat for a small fourm I was invited to, cool part was girl on there realized she lifed close to me and sicne both breaking in new bikes we would both be taking it easy so she asked me if I wanted to go with her lol. Meat her when she arrived infront of house ('cute lol) but ya fun ride through back roads both ways and got to meat a boat load of people.
As for the bike its easy to ride newbie friendly ie easy to clutch and shift, nice and smooth. Only thing and people said its normal is sometiems going to first is click and sometimes its a CLUNK but people said new bike breaking in idea. Any way pics below.

I wanna see a pic with you fully geared up. The bike looks a little smaller than I first thought, but it's nice nonetheless.
And don't be like these stupid people I see that do not wear helmets (Outside of CA), or they wear shorts and flip flops. ALWAYS WEAR YOUR HELMET AND PROTECTIVE GEAR!

That Friggin haircut makes you look a bad mo fo ay. Like a bouncer at the local night club checking ID at the front door.
Oh yeah slow down on that damn bike! . Yeah it looks cool.... 650 is alright. Have you rode a motorcycle before? On a planed out day trip perhaps? Is this your first bike? Just asking man… I know what it’s like sitting on your bike running through the check list. You kick on the starter button and fire up that bad boy while checking out the gauges. Then you slip on them gloves ... and strap the helmet , ...you turn into a different person. You feel like a Lean Machine….. Keep it tight out there dude. Be careful with that thing.

We're in the pipe , five by five.
to be hoenst I usualy do under the speed limit out side the city which is where I ride most of the time. Its fun going by cops who got the radar gun out and you can see the disappointment as a bike comes buy at 70 when its a 80km/h zone and they are expecting to get you for a ticket lol. Already got about 1800km on the bike now, and only been riding over 3 weeks now. Yes its my first bike and never ridden before, so taking it easy, but gearing up for some long touring trips. I like the idea of having fun in twisties but I am no nut case at all
