Target has a sale on …This.. Western Digital 500GB MyBook Essential For only $69.99

I been looking around for one of these ever since my brother showed up this weekend walking in with a Terabyte external Hard Drive tucked under his arm pit. He hooked it up to my computer with USB 2.0 and I thought it was the coolest thing. After that I’ve been shopping around for something like it and ended up buying this. That’s about 20 dollars (or more) cheaper than everyone else. It even looks like it has a blue cylon eye that goes up and down when it’s running. Cool ..

They are nice huh.. What do you do with 3 of them? Are you running a server for downloads and uploads. That's alright you don’t have to say. One guy on the internet who bought one of these says he has 10 of them. Who knows what he uses them for. For me I can finally free up my other hard drives and down load more Movies. Whoa! Kung Fu Theater here we go.

I have a good question about them Kung Fu Movies. I'll save it for later.

one is my iTunes storage disk, its about 1/2 to 3/4 full
second one is my "important files" backup
third is for special projects I'm working on like stuff for mission building notes and maps of battles I find here and there. Oh and I have to put the vast porn archive somewhere

I have the 2TB "Mirrored" version, (I got mine for $225) @ Newegg.com.

I prefer to have some kind of redundancy with external drives. There is also a 1TB version, but it's only $50 less than the 2TB version.

Lmao , my brother was looking around for some movies on my computer and said “What’s This in the shared folder”

I said : Oh… um , that's just some porn I got on there. :eyes roll:

He then came up on another porn folder called Metropolis. I was actually looking for the Anime movie called Metropolis and got some porn instead heh. It happens.

That’s allot of space Softball : ) Plus you have about 2 500gb hard drives inside your computer to boot. Okay you can relax now. You're never going to run out of storage space any time soon I would think.
