O_o
If it were to happen , All I got to say is I want my old rank back that Killer Horse gave me. That’s Captain Falker to you.
Although I think Steel may have underestimated the release date. It sounds like a dream in the works. Correct me if I’m wrong , but that video , may very well just be some old footage from a few years ago , dressed up to make it look shiny and new again. Good PC games come slow nowadays. I’d be shooting for Christmas 2010, and then maybe.

Jordan Weisman: I'll kick off everything; this came about through a series of turns. After I left Microsoft some years ago, Microsoft let the properties lay idle – they hadn't really done much with them. So about two years ago, I was able to negotiate the license that gave me the opportunity to try to do something with those properties because they're all close to my heart, and I hate seeing great universes lay fallow. Of course, in the way of how the world works, as soon as I put that deal together, Smith and Tinker materialized around me in a strange confluence of events and I got swept up in doing Nanovor, which is our big release product this fall. So I wasn't able to spend a lot of time on the FASA properties as I wanted, but I spent a bunch of time thinking about what I wanted to do with them.

I don't think anyone noticed...
but...
That's a Warhammer in the video. A Warhammer. Think about it.
THE UNSEEN ARE BACK.

He roasted.........
best bet for the 'hammer would have been to back off and open range, while the 'Hammer is not a fast mech, hes faster than an atlas, and with the jenner down (in the building that gave out from under it) he could have/should have kept the Atlas at range 3 or 4 and inside the LRM20 min range which IIRC is 5?
basically he should have backed off, not slug it out 30 tons down with an assault class.

the mektek people are going to meet with the smith and tinker people this week to work out the final legalities of the free distribution this week. so hopefully within the next couple of weeks we will see this download for free - including the addon mech paks. then add the mektek stuff on top and you still have a fairly nice game, for free.

Actually....its NOT...
Well it appears that HG is throwing cease and desist orders around because they STILL hold the rights to 12 of the unseen
.......shakes head.....
you'd have thunk that someone would have checked on this BEFORE they made us make a mess in our pants over MW5....
Harmony Gold: Screwing with your Battletech fun since 1996!

If I remember right the war hammer would be the mech they are complaining about. One would think after this length of time they would just screw off and be done with it. Lets face it robotech an't exactly a big popular thing these days or making much cash. Also one would think mektek who made designs of unseens for mechwarrior 4 mercs would have come under fire but never heard anything on that.
