They should make it about that *other* alien - the one the crew of the Nostromo found dead in that derelict spaceship in the first movie.

Ah yes, the "Space Jockey" which was one of the giant master aliens which supposedly either created the xenomorphs or used them as bioweapons against other alien civilizations.

My educated guess is that this prequel will delve into that as well.

These scifi and comic book character vs. character deals are getting long in the tooth and ridiculous.

I made the mistake of watching Alien vs Predator 2. What a piece of crap that was.

Same thing back in the proverbial day with 'Frankenstein meets the Wolfman' and various 'Abbot and Costello meet So and So' movies. Fast $$$ > quality storytelling.
