I can only recognize two of them, Cmdr. Ivanova and Delenn.

From left to right they are,

Lennier, Vir, Lyta Alexander, Delenn, Ivanova, Talia Winters, N'Toth, Zack Allen.

Ah yes, Lyta, the crazy mental power lady. No way I would have recognized Lennier. Vir maybe.
