1. Blade Runner
2. Star Trek II Wrath of Khan
3. Dune
4. The Andromeda Strain
5. Tron
6. Star Wars (all of them)
7. Close encounters of the third kind
8. AI
9. 2001 A Space Odyssey
10. 2010: A Space Odyssey
11. The Day the Earth Stood Still
12. Planet of the Apes
13. The Matrix
14. Terminator
15. Alien
16. Aliens
17. Star Trek X (this is the latest one BTW)
18. The Black Hole
19. Logan's Run
20. Stargate

Johnny Mneumonic didn't quite make the cut, but continues the cyberpunk genre very well. I could've collapsed all the Star Trek's into one, but they're not necessarily linear like Star Wars, and Star Trek V was horrible (aside from the chemistry between Spock and Kirk).

Yeah that’s how it was done by our top posters. In my case though my brain is working real slow so it took me awhile. ;)

LOL, I tried to watch that movie when I rented it from Netflix a couple years ago. I think I managed to watch the first hour before I gave up on it. It was just TOO stupid.

chronicles of riddick
I’ve read the book and it was good: The movie didn’t pan out the way I expected , but then that’s par for the course. Everyone says the book was way better because they've seen it in their own minds eye.

Galaxy Quest .. damn you got me there.

I always liked that one too. It reminded me of Star Trek with a newer Capt Kirk in the next generation.

Also, I think Panz likes dark city as well because he was steaming over the Hottie singer at the pub.

Yeah that may be true , but reading can take you out of this place into another world sometimes. And sometimes it can be a good get away.

I was going to say all the Star Wars but I didn’t care too much for episode 1 or 3. Star Wars 1 was made for the younger audience while in Star Wars 3 I had a hard time believing that Anakin would slaughter those kids , or that the Jedi counsel didn’t see this coming. Or if they had seen it coming they should have kept a better eye on him. It was a sad ending that could have been avoided. Good space battle though.

Agreed on Star Trek Movies. Star Trek V was a bomb. I think William Shatner directed that one. One last stand between Caption Kirk and Gods rival. Eh.. Though I kinda liked Spock’s brother. He seemed like a nice guy with a vision and good intentions.

edit: 4 and 6 became 1 and 3

Dark City is a great movie and yes, Jennifer Connelly was smoking hot in it.

Jennifer Connelly :

Well if you going to mention her name then I’d like to say that Requiem for a Dream was just one of the freakiest movies I’ve ever seen. And to think there are actually people out there like that.

hmm. It's been so long since I've seen that movie. I would say that if i had one, it would be in the mad scientist's dialogue.
