Introducing....Fenway, my GSP puppy

Post by Buffalo Six »

Here is Fenway, hes a GSP or German Shorthair Pointer. In that pick hes a little over 6 weeks old and as you can see hes winning the battles at the food bowl. I pick him up on the 23rd and start training immediately (not to shit on the floor etc....).....going to be a busy summer because right now its too damn cold outside to train much....

It was a toss up between, Fenway, Yawkey, Boston, or Chowda (yes, thats spelled wrong on purpose).

Ive been hunting with his Sire and Dame fro several years now and both a really good gun dogs. He was the 3rd out and according to the guy I'm getting him from, hes becoming the dominate male in the group.

BTW its -10 outside with the wind chill, which is a heat wave....it was -20 something this AM when I took the trash out....lol

At 11 months old by next season, he will be young, but maybe he can "observe" from a lead. This summer will be heavy with sent training using wings and "whole hides" from pheasants and chukkar wrapped around a retriever toy

Yeah, I see what you meant. I got some strange error message when I tried to post in this thread but now it seems to be working.
